Blocking Users in LiveChat

At times some users are found to be unwanted or abusive. For example, if a customer is using abusive language or sending spam messages, the LiveChat Agents can block that user to send messages.

To block the user in LiveChat, select Block User from setting option  on top right on the chat window.
