This report provides the details of Login Activity of LiveChat Agents in AmplifyReach LiveChat Software. This can be used to track the Agent’s work duration.
You can get this report from AmplifyReach Dashboard -> Analytics -> Left Panel -> Login Activity. You can select the department and date duration to get specific information.
The report includes a table that displays the following information:

|Department||Name of the department which Agent belongs.|
|Login Time||Total login time.|
|Online Time||Total online time.|
