Setting Up HubSpot

To integrate Hubspot with AmplifyReach Chatbot Platform

  • Goto AmplifyReach Dashboard -> CRM -> HubSpot
  • Goto Configuration tab
  • Click “Connect to HubSpot”
  • HubSpot Login screen will be shown. Add your HubSpot credentials. 
  • After successfully login in to your HubSpot account. You will able to see your multiple accounts list. You have choose account from list. 

  • You will be redirected to message page. Your integration is completed.

How to view Tickets

  • Login to your Hubspot account.
  • After successful login, you will get redirected to the following screen.
  • Click on Contacts from the top Navigation Bar.
  • Click on contact to view the ticket created for that contact. If you are unable to see tickets goes to Filter activity > INTEGRATIONS  and tick AmplifyReach.
  • Click on ‘View Chat Transcript’ to see the transcript.
